Camel Rock Casino
For me, Indian Land is Sacred Land, and that includes the casino on this land.
As such, I wanted to incorporate the feel of the Anasazi and give it absolute dignity and respect!!
I put so much Reverence, Dignity, Respect and Love into this project.
The cascading waterfall at Camel Rock Casino. All elements of the Island landscaping were designed by Tobi Wilde, Earth Sculptress, and constructed with her guidance by the Glorious Earth Landscapes team.
“I chose the way the rocks were set so that the water flowed exquisitely. On either side of the water sculpture I created rock formations as though they were the hands of the Goddess letting the water flow through her. Witness that I incorporated mirror to give a glacier effect.”
The picture on the right shows the walkway around the pond, with stone bench seating.
Large upright boulders effectively screen views of the valet parking operation.
I love the sound of the water flow accompanying the dance of the surrounding mosaic floor.
In the pictures below, you’ll see the grand stairway to the viewing mount and the dancing mosaic flooring featuring the “Zia” design.
Further down the page there are pictures of the fountain at night, and in bright sunlight.
The fountain shines brightly at all times of day!
